Real food. That’s the heart of Lily’s Patisserie. What began as a childhood habit of scrutinising food labels gradually developed into a belief that real food is a form of healthier eating. A more nutritious, easily digestible, and wholesome way of enjoying food. 

When starting Lily’s Patisserie, we made a concerted effort to focus on creating baked goods with real, minimally processed ingredients. Our goal? To share this belief with a wider audience, one cake at a time. 


The Inspiration Behind Lily’s Patisserie

Lily's Patisserie wasn’t born from a “lightning in a bottle" stroke of inspiration, but rather from a steady and persistent desire to reimagine dessert that evolved into ambition. We wanted to challenge the notion that indulgence and nutrition are mutually exclusive by crafting desserts that are both flavourful and guilt-free. 

Inspired by the French tradition of using the best locally available ingredients, classic techniques, and traditional flavours, we hope to share a cleaner taste for better health and lasting enjoyment. 


From Home Kitchen to a Cake Shop in Singapore

Lily’s Patisserie started as a humble home business, driven by a genuine passion for baking. Every dessert was made with care, and each delivery was personally handled. Slowly but steadily, word of mouth helped us grow.

As people started searching for alternatives to overly processed baked goods, our customer base grew rapidly. That journey eventually led us to our first physical cake shop in Singapore, conveniently located at King Albert Park Mall. This marked a significant milestone that allowed us to serve more customers while maintaining the artisanal quality that defines Lily’s Patisserie. Today, we continue to serve our community through both in-store purchases and seamless online cake deliveries.


Standing Out in Singapore’s Dessert Scene

In a market saturated with fleeting trends and fancy presentations, Lily’s Patisserie took a different path – one rooted in simplicity and intention. We prioritise flavour over flair, substance over spectacle. 

Drawing from classic French baking traditions and local heritage flavours, our creations offer the best of both worlds. From our signature Pandan Chiffon Cake to our deliciously spiced Carrot Cake, we craft desserts that are nostalgic, delectable, and nutritious, perfect for any occasion. 

Of course, staying true to our values wasn’t a path lined with roses. The absence of preservatives meant shorter shelf lives, the use of premium ingredients tightened profit margins, and managing online cake deliveries added logistical complexity. Yet, these very challenges have shaped Lily’s Patisserie into what it is today. We developed natural methods to preserve freshness, deepened relationships with trusted suppliers, and redefined our logistics – all while staying true to our founding values.

Moving forward, the future of Lily's Patisserie will continue to be shaped by our unwavering commitment to crafting desserts that are both satisfying and nourishing. Our future plans include expanding our menu, opening new outlets, and deepening our commitment to making desserts guilt-free.
