Do you offer delivery?
We are pleased to provide customers with a door-to-door delivery service. This service is provided at a flat rate of $10 per address, islandwide. Deliveries to Sentosa will cost $16 per address.
Please note that delivery of orders will take place between Tuesdays and Saturdays, 9am to 8.30pm.
Do you do same-day delivery?
As each of our cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and celebration cookies are handmade with love, we do not currently provide same-day delivery. If you require an urgent order to be fulfilled, please contact us at 96652696.

Can I do self pick-up?
You may opt for self pick-up at our flagship outlet in KAP Mall, 9 King Albert Park, #01-21/22/23 KAP Mall, Singapore 598332. Please indicate ‘self pick-up’ in your order, and arrive at your scheduled time to pick up your order.

How much in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders should be placed 72 hours in advance. If you require an urgent order to be fulfilled, or cannot select your desired date at checkout, do contact us at 96652696 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I order customised cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and cookies for my celebrations?
Certainly! We will be happy to provide you with customised pastries for your special occasion. Do contact us at 96652696 with the following:
- Your Name
- Product Order
- Special Instructions: such as any wordings, the occasion you are celebrating and any other instructions you may have.

Do you accept corporate orders?
Definitely! We are happy to accept corporate orders for your next company event. Please note that due to the larger scale of your order, we may require 5-7 days to prepare for your order.

How long can I keep my items for?
We take pride in using the freshest and quality ingredients to make our products, and do not add any preservatives. Our recommendation is to consume the products on the day of delivery for maximum satisfaction.
How do I place an order for the celebratory cookies?
Go to our celebratory cookies page and place an order. Do remember to provide details on your special occasion and we will try our best to fulfil your request.
Do you have dairy-free, gluten-free or vegetarian options?
All of our products are suitable for lacto-ovo-vegetarians (unless otherwise indicated) and we are looking to provide options for our customers who opt for a gluten-free diet in the near future. However, these products will not be suitable for coeliac sufferers as our kitchen and equipment handle regular wheat based products.
Can I ask for lower sugar levels for the cakes?
Savour our pastries, made with flair,

Are your pastries halal?
We are not halal certified. However, many of our products do not use pork products (or their derivatives) and alcohol. Please feel free to check the ingredient lists of the individual items or contact us for further clarification.
