Framboisier (Raspberry Cake)

Celebrate with the understated cousin of the Fraisier, the Framboisier! A raspberry rich cake with an added dose of vibrancy to celebrate those whose understated contributions have filled your life with warmth, kindness, fruitfulness and productivity. Bite into an external layer of softly whipped cream that envelops a raspberry layer made of a vibrant and crunchy mousse, filled with fresh fruit and sandwiched between two layers of feathery light sponge. Topped with a scattering of raspberry fruit and fresh mint leaves to add a pop of colour to celebrate those who have a zest for life. This cake comes in two sizes: 16cm and 20cm. Please note that the raspberry and mint leave decorations will vary slightly with each cake. 

We use halal certified gelatine.

Each cake is lovingly packed in our signature white box and tied with Lily’s red and gold ribbon. Every order includes a complimentary cake knife, candles, and a custom hand-piped chocolate message.
