Inspired by our restaurant's Vietnamese roots and delivered with a French flair, the Gateau Che Bap is our take on the traditional Vietnamese dessert, from which it takes its name. It is a multisensory delight that brings you on a journey from East to West: starting with an Asian rice based cracker and sweetcorn cremeux, that meets its French counterparts in the form of a sponge and coconut mousse layer.
Each cake is lovingly packed in our signature white box and tied with Lily’s red and gold ribbon. Every order includes a complimentary cake knife, candles, and a custom hand-piped chocolate message.
