Longevity Peach Melba Cake

To celebrate birthday traditions in a contemporary style, we envisaged a translucent piece of Chinese needlework depicting symbols of longevity: the peaches and plum blossoms. Then we filled the cake with a luscious vanilla mousse, refreshing peaches, sponge and a crunchy layer of crumble. We coated it with a jelly of red fruit, then completed it with a touch of Southeast Asia by adding a chocolate-coated Kueh Bahulu Longevity Bun to the
piece of artwork. Bringing forth a cake that celebrates tradition, art and culture, all while keeping to the values of being free from artificial colouring and maintaining a clean label. Please note that owing to the use of natural products in the decoration of the cake, the tonality of the glaze and decorations may vary.
We use Halal-certified gelatine. Available only in 700g, 16cm and feeds 6-8 persons.
Mini Kueh Bahulu Longevity Buns are available as an add-on if required.
Each cake is lovingly packed in our signature white box and tied with Lily’s red and gold ribbon. Every order includes a complimentary cake knife, candles, and a custom hand-piped chocolate message.
