Here our layer of crunchy crumble is juxtaposed against a raspberry rich soft sponge, the lusciously smooth vanilla cream interspersed with bites of peach fruit and jelly and contrasted with a naturally pink raspberry glaze. Yet dine in peace knowing that the cake is completely free from artificial colouring or any other unpronounceable nasties. Come savour this cake with peace of mind!
